1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lula. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Account & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content. Harassment, abuse, or any form of misconduct towards other users will result in immediate account suspension.
3. Coins & Payments
Lula operates on a coin-based system. Coins are purchased with real currency and used to access calls with creators. Coin purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are displayed before purchase.
4. Creator Terms
Creators earn a commission from coins spent during their calls. Earnings are paid out weekly. Lula reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days notice. Creators must comply with all community guidelines.
5. Content & Safety
All users undergo identity verification. Content that is illegal, harmful, or violates community standards is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to moderate content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lula is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any interactions between users. Use the platform at your own discretion.
