When you use Lula, we collect information you provide directly: your phone number, name, age, profile photo, and any messages you send through the platform. We also collect usage data such as call duration, features used, and device information to improve our service.

We use your information to provide the Lula service, verify your identity, process payments, match you with other users, and improve our platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Call Privacy

All video and voice calls on Lula are private between participants. We do not record, store, or monitor the content of calls. Call metadata (duration, participants, timestamps) is stored for billing and safety purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communication is encrypted in transit. Payment information is processed securely through Razorpay and is never stored on our servers.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@lula.app. You can also delete your account through the app settings.
